The "NTL Packing" company produces a wide spectrum of polymer-based packaging products: high-tech multi-layered film with highly protective qualities, laminated film, CPP film for various types of packaging(clothes, DVD, magazines, medical supplies, confectionery products, etc.), laminates, multi-layered laminated plastic films for the packaging of building materials, thermally-set shrink films with and without perforation, film for the packaging of milk and dairy products, as well as meat, frozen foods, film packaging for wrapping flowers, film and bags for the packing of soil and fertilizer, plastic bags, promotional bags, bags for the packaging of fruit, vegetables and herbs, bags for the packaging of baked products, etiquette on polypropylene, polyethylene, foil, paper and other flexible materials.

The quality of the products we manufacture conforms to the primary Russian and international standards and responds to the highest requirements of our customers.

Our company’s strategy takes into account the necessity of a perpetual broadening of the assortment of released products.   • Packaging materials have firmly entered into our life. This doesn’t only mean the packaging of a product for the buyer’s convenience, but to a large extent it is also the protection of the product during its transportation, protection from the influence of the environment and the natural elements, and lengthening the shelf life of goods. Another large factor is the recognizable quality of the product, making it stand out even in the midst of a mind-boggling variety of offered products.

    All of these factors lead the manufacturer to correctly choose the necessary packaging material which will most fully fulfill all of the consumer-related and technological qualities that the product requires while preserving the product until the moment of its consumption.

  • Types of packaging

    — Packaging for grocery and confectionery products.
    Salt, sugar, spices, starch, cereals, pasta products, nuts, seeds, crackers, chips, scones, waffles, large crackers, dried bread snacks, marshmallows, cookies, baked goods from the group "melkoshtuchka", food intended for cooking (pasta, cereal, soups ).

    As a rule, the Flow-pack packaging is used for the packaging of these food products. Many of the products within this particular category have lengthy shelf lives, which puts forth very high requirements for the packaging and its qualities for the purpose of preserving the product throughout the entire time span of its shelf life. All of the goods presented on the store shelves must have, besides other traits, an appealing aesthetic appearance, to preserve goods from outside influences (the tearing of seams, punctures) to prevent the instances of the loss of the product’s appearance and its return to the suppliers.     — Packaging for frozen products.

    Milk, dairy beverages, kefir, yogurt, cottage cheese, sweet-cheeses, ice cream, mayonnaise, margarine, butter, ketchup, sauces, and other products.

    High-tech materials are used for the packaging of products. These materials possess a strong resistance to the influence of the aggressive components of this given group (acetic and citric acids, vegetable oils and fats). Besides, the ease with which fats oxidize by atmospheric oxygen invites the use of materials that have low gas permeability. Conversely, some products such as sauces and ketchup) need additional barrier properties due to their sensitivity to the environment. Since the pre-packaging of a range of fat-containing products takes place while they’re in a heated state, the packaging receives increased requirements pertaining to its susceptibility to the influence of heat.


    — The packaging of ground-soil, fertilizers and insecticides.

    All of the personal-use items must be packaged and, before their utilization for the intended purpose, stored in an individual package which completely excludes their contact of the products with other goods. Increased hygiene requirements make it necessary to use the equipment which provides all of the required sanitary norms. Thus, the packaging materials must also realize these norms.     — The packaging of vegetables and fruits.
    Carrots, potatoes, beets, apples, onions and other agricultural products

    Individual packaging is utilized in order to insure effective small-scale pre-packaging of agricultural products and ensures the safety of these products for their entire shelf-life. Product packaging can be done through the use of automated factory lines or using manual, hands-on methods.








    — The packaging of household chemical products.
    Soaps, synthetic cleaning detergents, moist towel wipes, sponges, cellulose towels, etc.

    Household chemical products initially contain chemically aggressive substances in their structure, which forces their manufactures to approach the act of choosing the packaging materials for these products, depending on the final goals and necessities, with utmost thoroughness. The correctly chosen materials and their compositions not only allow the products to stay preserved throughout its shelf life, but also to prevent their contact with the surrounding environment.



    — The packaging of baked products.
    Bread, loaves, baguettes, "melkoshtuchka", sliced bread, slicedwhite bread loaves.

    The sanitary norm requirements in the realization of baked-bread good sale and transport through trade networks oblige the manufacturers of these products to ensure a complete lack of contact of these food items with their surrounding environment, which makes the use of individual packaging necessary. The wide assortment of the presented goods, and therefore also their aesthetic appeal and recognizable traits on the store shelves is another factor which dictates the necessity of utilizing the packaging which responds to all these requirements. The specificity of this given packaging segment is the production of the goods in the shape of a “little half” or even a “little quarter”. This is achieved through the use of automated lines, equipped with special sections, but without the implementation of special packaging. All of the previous achievements of the baked-bread industry in the utilization of the “flow pack” packaging culminate in a lack of any result.



  • Bags

    — Strongboxes, courier pouches.
    The pouches are designed for transportation of various kinds of valuables, money and documents of confidential nature and used for sealing and temporary storage as well. The pouches are being manufactured both under our brand and may be a custom-designed product.

    High-technological advanced equipment is used for production of the pouches made of multi-layer polymeric monochromatic film with high strength capacity and resistant to tearing and piercing. The pouches have all the necessary protection levels against unauthorized opening.




    — Image-based (advertising-containing) bags.
    Advertisement of the company, of services, and the presentation of new wares

    One of the main conditions of promoting the company’s image (branded goods) is the kind of advertisement that forms not only the awareness of the presented products in the consumers’ consciousness, but, above all, the name of the company itself. Ad-containing (image-based) bags are one of the most representative methods of advertisement. The product brand is always in front of the potential customers’ eyes, which allows them to formulate an opinion based on the presented information.











  • Packaging Film

    — Protective films.
    Meat, hot dogs, sausages, meats, cheese, chicken, frozen foods, fish, medicine.

    The requirements of the market for lengthening the shelf life of goods while preserving their consumer-product characteristics and quality, as well as convenient packaging, stable weight, the possibility of transportation previously rapidly perishable products to various distant regions and the products’ attractiveness on the store shelves within trade networks, on the same level with the development of chemical industry, has allowed for the presentation of brands new packaging materials on the market. These materials provide all of the competitive advantages to other food packaging types (mainly serving the meat industry) so necessary to the suppliers.





    — Coextruded films based on polyolefin.

    The application of low density coextruded polyolefin-based films has presently spread across all of the branches of the domestic economy and food industry. The spectrum of the application of this production method is so wide that a description of all its areas is simply not feasible. We will highlight only the primary methods of its application in the packaging industry: within food manufacturing in the form of independent material or as an inner layer in composition with other materials, within milk industry, in peat and soil development, in chemical manufacturing, in the sanitary and hygienic production, in the packaging within the agricultural sector, and in image-based and ad-containing bags.




    — Coextruded films based on polypropylene.
    Bakery products, pasta, cereals, dusting products, small individual packaging created on carousel-type machines.

    The development of the food product market and, in effect, the necessity of further pre-packaging of the production and its presentation on the store shelves of the trade networks creates high requirements for the packaging materials, capable not only of preserving product qualities, but also of insuring a secure and speedy packaging process. One of the most popular materials in the packaging market is non-orientated polypropylene which combines the best welded and mechanical properties for the stretching and impacting of PE films and the top-most gloss, transparency and shimmer of BOPP films. The use of SRR films is currently the only material used for the automated packaging of baked bread goods.
