Getting to know the Masterbatch SV factory

October 19-20 in Zavidovo (Tver region) A seminar was held between Ampacet and Masterbatch SV. The event brought together more than 80 polymer processors from all over Russia. NTL Packing was represented by Andrey Yuryevich Tselikov, Chief Production Technologist.

The 15-year-old Russian-American joint venture is currently in the process of transitioning to autonomy in Russia and alternative supplies of materials. It was these changes that the largest supplier of polymer raw materials shared with colleagues and customers during the seminar.

On the first day of the seminar, a training was organized, which took place in a country hotel near Tver and included a discussion of such topical topics as new types of masterbatches (superconcentrates for polymers), market trends, marketing solutions and collaboration of technologists with customers and marketers, the specifics of choosing polymer processing equipment in terms of the quality of raw formulations and properties of finished products. products.

The second day was devoted to a tour of the masterbatch production plant in Zavidovo, familiarization with the organizational structure, sites and production technology, quality control, and the specifics of working on Ampacet’s individual solutions for customers (including our Company).

Commenting on the trip, Andrey Yurievich Tselikov noted that this format allows for the exchange of experience and useful contacts. Despite the fact that the seminar participants work, in fact, in competing companies of the same industry, at such business meetings they have the opportunity to discuss professional technical details in informal communication.
