Solvent regeneration systems and paint mixing stations are installed at the plant. A laboratory with a gas chromatograph operates to control the quality and safety of products.
As part of the ESG course, NTL Packing is switching to gas heating units for drying sections, carrying out measures for rational water use and emission reduction. The company participates in industry and regional environmental programs, developing waste management practices and improving energy efficiency.

A separate area of the company is the development of human resources. We cooperate with universities and colleges, conduct training and internships at the enterprise. NTL Packing has signed an agreement with the Svetogorsk Polytechnic College to train qualified workers and specialists for the main production. Active work is underway with schools in the region: guided tours are conducted to introduce students to the company.

NTL Packing packaging products are certified for food contact and meet the requirements of Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision, Rostest and the Consumer Club.
