On March 12 and 13, NTL Packing hosted a two-day training on team interaction.
The training was attended by employees of the engineering and technical level of the repair and maintenance service. The training was conducted by our permanent coach, Igor Ivanov, a leading business coach at BFG Consulting, who is well acquainted with the team and production.
During the training, the staff worked through issues of team interaction, analyzed the vices of the team, such as distrust, low responsibility, and undemanding behavior. We learned how to resolve industrial and personal conflicts correctly. One of the key topics of the training was the topic of personal responsibility of the team and each employee individually. At the end of the training, the participants developed and approved a Declaration of the team’s Values.
Commenting on the results of the training, Igor Ivanov noted that such training programs are extremely important for the internal corporate activities of the enterprise. “Large—scale industrial production is a system in which not only professionalism and the ability to work with complex equipment and technologies play a crucial role, but also the effective work of a team — from managers to specialists at all levels. The fact that NTL pays attention to all employees and their development is a significant advantage, including for those who study the Company’s offers on the labor market.”
