On September 10, NTL Packing shift masters Natalia Foya, Valeria Filkina, Natalia Palmina and Irina Sokolova arrived in St. Petersburg for a two-day training aimed at improving their key competencies in the field of production organization and work team management.

The site master is the driving force of production. The professional and managerial skills of the craftsmen are one of the key success factors and are directly related to the financial profitability of an industrial enterprise. The master is the link that completes the process of translating technological ideas into a real product, with which the company enters the market. That is why it is important for a modern advanced enterprise to maintain the skills of its craftsmen at a high level, in accordance with international standards and regulations.

The training course, which includes a theoretical part and practical exercises, was conducted for our colleagues by specialists from the Master Class training agency. During the training, colleagues learned how to set tasks correctly, motivate employees, and fight for trust and confidence. The most valuable recommendations and tools were received that will help to restore order within the team and make it the most comfortable and effective team to fulfill a single production task.

The productive and eventful days in the company of the Master Class trainers became not only a source of additional knowledge for our craftsmen, but also energized them for new production achievements.
