NTL Packing presented a report on the results of its work at the meeting on the results of the socio-economic development of the Svetogorsky settlement

On February 25, a meeting was held on the results of the socio-economic development of the Svetogorsky settlement in 2024.

The speakers included heads and representatives of the administration, the deputy corps, key enterprises and organizations operating in the settlement.

Tatiana Borisovna Baronina, Head of the Technical Department, presented a report on the activities of NTL Packing to the participants of the meeting. Information was announced about the company’s production achievements and records, main types of products, partners, as well as charitable and social activities related to the support of educational institutions, the sports community, and participation in large-scale municipal projects. Assistance to military personnel performing combat missions in the zone of a special military operation was announced in a separate line.

Tatiana Borisovna also spoke about NTL’s HR policy aimed at motivating staff and attracting new specialists to the team. This includes cooperation with graduates of the Polytechnic College, as well as numerous corporate programs, training, trainings, leisure activities for employees, and the development of sports initiatives within the Company.

During the meeting, an award ceremony was also held for organizations and residents taking a special part in the life of the settlement. Alexey Sergeevich Potachev, the manager of NTL Packing, was awarded a letter of thanks from the head of the administration. The award was presented to Anna Sergeevna Chunina, a representative of the company.
