Setting new records

In October, NTL Packing reached two record levels.
119 million bread bags have been produced! The previous record (105.5 million) was reached in July 2023. The high welding result was made possible by well-planned and implemented transformations in the logistics system of the enterprise. The opening of a buffer warehouse in St. Petersburg, here at the production base, has improved the availability of equipment with materials.

Record figures were also recorded in the printing area: 32 million linear meters of film! The entire team of the enterprise worked harmoniously in the “pull—out production” system – weekly planning, efficient use of equipment, determination of production volumes at each production stage by the needs of the next stage. If we draw global parallels, we have almost “enveloped” the planet along the equator with our products: the average diameter of the Earth is 40,000,000 meters. And we hope to achieve these figures in the very near future, because there are literally no limits for our effective team! It is thanks to the coordinated actions of the staff and modern high-tech equipment that we are on the path of constantly increasing production capacity and increasing production volumes!
