On August 26, residents and guests of the Svetogorsky settlement gathered at the stadium in the village of Lesogorsky, which hosted a big celebration — 700 years since the first mention of this territory in the Orekhovets Peace Treaty concluded between Novgorod and Sweden in 1323. The head of the municipality, I. V. Ivanova, the head of the administration, E. E. Tsoi, the deputy head of the administration of the Vyborgsky District Municipality, D. B. Samoylenko, and the representative of NTL Packing LLC, A. S. Chunina, expressed their congratulations on the anniversary from the stage.

In her speech, Anna Sergeevna noted that Lesogorsky is a home for NTL Packing, many of whose residents are members of the close—knit collective of the enterprise. The village is home to production veterans who have made a great contribution to the development of the Lesogorsky Artificial Fiber plant, and those who create the history of the enterprise here and now. “The residents of Lesogorsk were and still are “ours,” most of the employees of NTL Packaging are from Lesogorsk,— stressed Anna Sergeevna. — We honor our home, its customs, traditions, are proud of its history and are always ready to participate in projects and initiatives that contribute to the development of the territory: to provide support to veterans, public figures, athletes, educational institutions. After all, these are all our people!”

One of the traditional moments of the celebration was the award ceremony for outstanding residents and representatives of the village’s labor collectives. Alexey Sergeevich Potachev, the manager of NTL Packing, was awarded a diploma in the nomination “For Honor and Dignity” for his great contribution to the socio-economic development of Svetogorsky urban settlement. On behalf of the municipal administration and the Cultural and Sports Complex, gratitude was also expressed to Alexey Sergeevich and the entire management team of the enterprise for their help and contribution to the organization and holding of today’s festive event.

A diploma in the nomination “For work and honor” for many years of conscientious work was awarded to our colleague, a flexographic printer of the 5th category “NTL Packing” Evgeny Vladimirovich Novichok. The honorary award was presented to Evgeny Vladimirovich by Elena Mikhailovna Pugacheva, Deputy Head of the Svetogorsky Settlement Administration, and Irina Veselova, head of production at NTL Packing.
After the end of the solemn part, the guests of the holiday were expected to see concert programs performed by the Nevsky Watch song and dance Ensemble, the Veresk Ensemble, the Honored Collective of Folk Art of the Russian Federation, the groups of the Svetogorsk Cultural and Sports Complex, the groups “Inflexible Energy” and “140 beats per minute”.

Also on this day, a football tournament dedicated to the anniversary celebration was held at the stadium in the village of Voroshilovo, in which the NTL Packing team took part. According to the results, our players are in third place, Ilya Shapovalov is recognized as the best goalkeeper of the tournament, and team captain Vadim Nemakov is the best defender. On behalf of the participating athletes, Vadim Nemakov thanked the management of NTL Packing and Irina Vyacheslavovna Veselova personally for their help in organizing and providing award-winning products.
