On the improvement of enterprise standards

On April 11, the annual working meeting was held at the NTL Packing production site.

The meeting was attended by managers of the sales department of the Company’s head office in St. Petersburg, managers and specialists of the technology service and the quality department. During the meeting, the topic of which was “The product we produce,” the colleagues discussed new programs, passports, certificates and approvals successfully obtained in connection with the commissioning of new equipment and the modernization of existing ones. In fact, we are talking about improving the standards of the enterprise.

During the tour, which took place after the lecture part, visual changes related to the expansion of the production base were demonstrated. It should be recalled that the company is successfully implementing a management system called “lean manufacturing”, aimed at optimizing all processes, maximizing customer satisfaction with minimal resource expenditure. “We have divided the processes of production and transportation of raw materials according to lean manufacturing in order to reduce losses and maintain flow separation,” commented Irina Veselova, head of production.

Our colleagues working directly with customers got acquainted with all the technological processes and changes in production, keeping abreast of the innovations that will allow them to interact with customers even more effectively in terms of maximizing their expectations and the final product.
