We are improving production together!

On February 20, in a solemn atmosphere and in the presence of the heads of the Company’s divisions, the manager of NTL Packing, Alexey Sergeevich Potachev, awarded Certificates of Honor to employees who distinguished themselves in corporate programs aimed at improving production and a proactive approach to work, following the results of 2023.

These programs involve the participation of employees who are willing to share ideas on how to improve production and organizational processes at the enterprise.
When summarizing the results of the year, the team member who submitted the largest number of proposals for implementation is noted. Dmitry Vyacheslavovich Zinchenko, the installer of the printing equipment of the printing site, became one of them.

The Good Deeds program includes activities aimed at improving production — in the field of safety, productivity, ergonomics, etc. The employee who has succeeded in terms of proposals during this program, at the end of the year, is also awarded by the Company’s management for his contribution to the development and implementation of tasks aimed at the development of production.
