The certificate certifies that the organization’s quality management system in relation to its products and services complies with the requirements of this international standard.
Obtaining a certificate was the result of a successful audit, which was conducted at “NTL Packing” LLC throughout 2012. The purpose of the inspections was to confirm that the process of providing services in the company was organized in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9000. As a result, the company introduced an appropriate quality management system.
Certification of quality management systems according to the standards of the ISO 9000 series worldwide is a generally accepted demonstration of a high level of enterprise management and professionalism of employees. ISO 9000 standards adopted by more than 150 countries of the world as national ones are applicable to any enterprises, regardless of their number, output volume and field of activity. The presence of a voluntary certificate ISO 9001: 2008 (certification GOST R ISO 9001-2011) is a sign of the quality of products or services for the consumer, an additional guarantee of reliability, professional competence of the enterprise.
Voluntary certification is fully consistent with the strategy of “NTL Packing” to continuously improve product quality and increase the level of customer service. The work on the implementation of the quality management system according to ISO 9000 standards contributed to the positive dynamics in the development of the company, and the received certificate became a proof of the maturity of our organization, an indicator of the high level of quality of our products and services.
