Wicket bags for manual, semi-automatic and high-speed packaging

Modern packaging should be beautiful, reliable and convenient for both packers and the end user. All these qualities correspond to packages like wicket.

Advantages of the packaging

  • It is widely used for packaging bread and bakery products, confectionery, convenience foods, fruits and vegetables, poultry, hygiene products, etc.
  • It is optimal for high-speed packaging on modern machines, as well as for semi-automatic and manual packaging. From 100 to 300 packets are usually clipped in one pack. Depends on the wishes of the customer.
  • Suitable for sealing, clip, adhesive tape, welded or glued seam.
  • It allows a wide range of materials, sizes, shapes and options – optimal storage conditions for products.
  • Large area for printing any image.
  • It is convenient for the consumer, the product can be stored in a wicket bag, opened and closed several times – especially with a clip.

Wicket production in NTL Packing

We were one of the first in the CIS to start producing this type of packaging, fully equipped with the best equipment from world-famous manufacturers, so we can offer competitive conditions in terms of quality, functionality and cost. We use polyethylene (PE) and cast-polypropylene films (CPP) of our own production for wiket packages, including multilayer or laminated ones. CPP films are distinguished by a more attractive appearance, grease resistance, and favorable cost.

Our Wicket packages are:

  • wide range of sizes;
  • valve, notches, perforations, vents, bottom folds;
  • semicircular bottom and bottom trapezoid for round or large products;
  • full-color, fast and high-quality printing (external or interlayer), marking and printing of individual promotional codes.

Along with the wicket packages, we offer ergonomic clips and ribbons for clippers of our manufacture. We pack batches in cardboard boxes according to customer requirements.
